It begins with a free warehouse needs analysis. You provide footprint, clear height, obstruction elevations, pallet size and weight, forklift type, SKU count, and pallets per SKU. We return a CAD layout showing bays, aisle widths, beam elevations, and total pallet positions, plus a line-item quote with no obligation attached.
System specification comes next. Selective racking suits high-SKU, low-depth inventory. Carton flow puts case picks on gravity wheel beds at the pick face. Push back adds depth for the handful of items you store in volume. Cantilever carries long or unpalletized stock. Pallet flow enforces FIFO where dating matters. We combine only what earns its place in the layout.
Standard components generally ship within 48 hours. Installation in Carol Stream usually runs one to four weeks depending on scope. Our crews anchor and level each frame, install wire decking, pallet supports, and protection, and review the finished rows with your team. As SKU counts change, we add levels, extend rows, or reconfigure sections rather than replacing what you own.
