What is the fastest way to add pallet positions without leasing more space?

Usually vertical. Most Chicagoland buildings have clear height that is not being used, so adding beam levels, resizing bays to the actual pallet profile, or narrowing aisles to match your lift equipment can add significant capacity inside the same four walls. We model these options in the layout so you can see the added positions before committing to anything.

What do you need from us to produce a layout and quote?

Clear height, column spacing, building dimensions, your pallet sizes and weights, the lift trucks you run, and a target pallet position count. That is enough for us to produce a CAD layout, a pallet position count, and a full quote. Both the design consultation and the layout are free with no obligation.

Who performs the installation work?

Our own installation crews handle new builds, expansions, teardowns, and relocations across Chicagoland. Every frame is anchored, leveled, and squared, and decking, row spacers, and rack protection go in as specified before we hand the floor back to your team.

What should we have ready on installation day?

Accepted Answer

A clear floor in the install zone, truck access for unloading, and someone on site who can confirm the layout. If old shelving has to come out first, we can quote teardown and removal alongside the new system so the floor is ready when the crew shows up.

How do you verify the finished system matches the approved layout?

Accepted Answer

We walk the completed rows against the CAD drawing with your team, confirming bay sizes, beam elevations, aisle widths, and final pallet position count. Capacity documentation is handed over at the same time so your supervisors know the per-level limits.
